Access information on your policy easily on-the-go with the updated HBF Health app. Use the app to:
- Start a new health claim in seconds. Answer a few questions, upload your receipts and let us do the rest
- Look up your extras limits and usage to understand your annual limits and view your remaining benefits for the calendar year
- Access your policy information to see what you are covered for, your products and who’s covered under your policy
- Easily contact HBF to talk about your cover
On log in you will be asked to use your myHBF login information; HBF member number and password. On compatible devices you will be prompted to log in using your fingerprint going forward.
If you don’t have a myHBF login then we will guide you through registration in the app.
